Users are responsible for reading product details before purchase.
2.2 Physical Products (Creator Tools)
Includes tripods, stands, lights, accessories, and other physical items.
Delivery charges may apply depending on your location.
3. User Responsibilities

Not to misuse, resell, or illegally distribute any digital license.
To provide accurate information during checkout.
To use purchased software according to the original brand’s rules (e.g., Adobe, Microsoft).
Not to engage in fraudulent activities or chargebacks after successful delivery.

5. Delivery Policy
5.1 Digital Products
Delivered within 1–6 hours, depending on order volume.
Some products may take up to 24 hours.
Delivery is done via WhatsApp, Messenger, or email.
5.2 Physical Products
Delivery time is generally 2–5 working days within Nepal.
Tracking details will be provided when available.
6. Refund & Replacement Policy
Digital Products
Once a license is delivered and activated, no refund is provided.
Replacement is provided only if the license fails due to technical issues from our side.
Physical Products
Refund/replacement is available only for defective items.
Items damaged due to customer mishandling are not eligible.
7. Account & Data
By placing an order, you agree that we may store your contact details for delivery and support.
We never store your payment details.
We do not sell or share your information with third parties except as required for service.
8. Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for:
Software misuse or illegal resale by the customer.
Data loss caused by third-party apps or system issues.
Delays caused by technical or courier problems.
Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the product.
